维修服务一般分为定期与不定期两类，定期技术维修是按产品维修计划和服务项目所规定的维修类别进行的服务工作。不定期维修是指产品在运输和使用过程中由于偶然事故而需要提供的维修服务。
为使构件产品能按设计规定有效生产及使用，提供测试、检查、监控工作，以及所需要的专用仪器仪表装置。
为需要的企业培训操作和技术人员，培训内容包括讲解产品工作原理、帮助掌握操作技术、构件维修及保养的常识等，有时还可在构件产品的模拟器或实物上进行实操训练。
